The management of knowledge and innovation are interrelated areas that present vital challenges to organisations. OUBS research into these received significant external recognition with the award of five major research grants leading to the formation of the Management of Knowledge and Innovation Research Unit (MKIRU).
This page is the archived site which carried information on this research unit which was succeeded by the Center for innovationa and Knowledge Management(IKE).
This site was a companion to the Knowledge Links site which was maintained in support of the OUBS MBA Elective subject B823 Managing Knowledge
Several Members of MKIRU were also involved with the subsequent Centre on Innovation, Knowledge and Development which is an inter-faculty group of researchers within the Open University.
